The weird setup of controlling room temperature by the front desk ruined my night sleep. With the removing of the room entry card from card reader, room electricity is dosconnected and the setup cause back to default, thus repeating the same problem every night. This setup should be disable permanently and allow only the room occupant to have control; of the room temperature.

Difficult to park in the evening / night. Otherwise a good location. Rooms were ok, but it needs an upgrade for sure at least the bathrooms.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, and the rooms were not only comfortable and clean but also beautifully designed. The hotel's location in Ataköy added a touch of serenity to my visit, providing a peaceful escape from the bustling city. Also near to Marmaray Station. So you can move anywhere easily.

Really good, clean, spacy rooms. Great alternative if you have business in the area. Otherwise, if you are visiting Istanbul for touristic attractions, you will need a car here.

Small hotel so far from de airport and city, in a residential área. Nothing to do arround the hotel. I dont like it.

The staff are really helpful. The receptionist helped me book a taxi gave me the card for the hotel address and said if I got stuck to phone the hotel and shared the number. The receptionist made sure I was safe before going inside that taxi and made sure I knew where I was going. The breakfast is tasty with allot of options. The house cleaning service is always on time and are always smiling as they cleaned our room. The manager is friendly and listens. The manger gave me ideas on how to change the currency and the receptionist guided me on where to look. I really felt I was taken good care of. And I felt safe.
